What counts as an appointment message?

Any WhatsApp message triggered by an appointment event: confirmations, reminders, payment nudges, feedback requests, and follow-ups. Broadcast campaigns are priced separately per recipient.

What happens if I exceed my message cap?

Additional messages are billed at $0.03 each. You'll see a clear usage tracker in your dashboard so there are no surprises.

Are WhatsApp conversation fees included?

WhatsApp Business Platform conversation fees are passed through at cost plus an 8% handling fee. These are the standard fees Meta charges for business-initiated conversations.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any point during your billing cycle. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.

What if I have multiple locations?

The Enterprise plan includes multi-location management. For other plans, additional locations are $49/month each with separate message caps.
